About Us

Our story

Our Vision for Health & Wellness

“When I began my career in child welfare, there was, and still is, a huge need for specialized mental health services. Especially for children and adolescents. It has always been my vision to build a space to help individuals develop valuable coping skills to manage their trauma and adversities. After many years as a therapist in private practice, I couldn’t be happier that this vision has come to life in my own dedicated space.

At Brock Counselling, my team and I offer counselling services and trauma therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. While our specialty is working with those affected by interpersonal abuse, trauma, and family violence; we also offer a range of counselling services to help empower individuals and rediscover their resilience, while teaching valuable and tangible coping strategies.

I acknowledge the tremendous courage and strength it takes for every individual and family to ask for help. My team and I are committed to prioritizing your needs and well-being and are dedicated to offering a compassionate and supportive environment for you and your family.

We hope you will take the next step in reaching out.”

“If we do not take the time for ourselves,
our body and brain may take a break at a time that is not convenient.”

Therapy is not a “one size fits all.” Sessions are tailored to your individual and family needs.
